I'll start off by stating that I also would prefer to stick to tabs because it does accelerate my workflow and is much easier to change between tabs. My feeling is this hinders the UX on the application.I enabled Inline opinions but I are unable to grow the column to see it adequately. For a few rationale other columns can be dragged to extend but
